I also build the robots.

Same Zavi who’s cutting your hair. I also build AI automations, workflows and websites for small businesses, and I explain every piece in plain English.

What I build

Three things, in plain English.

Most business owners aren’t confused because AI is hard. Nobody ever explained it in their language. So here’s each one, with what it looks like at a barbershop.

  • 01

    AI automation

    The boring stuff does itself.

A little helper that does the same job the same way every time, so you don’t have to.

    At a barbershop

Someone texts “are you open Saturday?” at 11pm. The right answer goes out in seconds, using your real hours and openings.

  • 02

    AI workflows

    Several steps, one flow.

A chain of steps where AI reads, decides and hands off to the next step, like a very patient assistant.

    At a barbershop

After every cut, a thank-you text goes out. Weeks later, a nudge: “Ready for a fresh one?” Every new face lands in one tidy list, so you can see who keeps coming back.

  • 03

    Websites

Fast, clear, and yours to edit.

A site that explains what you do and turns a visitor into a booking, and that you can update by typing sentences, not code.

    At a barbershop

Your menu, prices and hours in one place that loads fast on a phone, with a button that takes someone straight to booking.

Fixed prices, quoted after one call. Websites start at $600 and AI automations at $1,200. Bigger jobs get their own quote.

Watch one run

One text comes in. Four jobs get done.

  1. Step 1

    Message comes in

    “Anything open Saturday morning?”

  2. Step 2

    AI answers

“Yes! 10:30 or 11:00. Which one?”

  3. Step 3

    Calendar fills in

    Sat 10:30 · booked

  4. Step 4

    Follow-up text

    “See you Saturday at 10:30.”

done. you were asleep.

An example for a barbershop-type business, not a real customer’s data.

Proof I can build

Talk is cheap. Here’s what’s built.

Real things, built by one person, between haircuts. Some of them you’re standing inside right now.

  1. 01 / You’re standing in it

    This very website

Scroll-driven animation, a booking sheet that opens in place, a sign-in that only needs a username, and in-app messages that come straight to me.

  2. 02 / Client CRM and portal

    A CRM with real billing

Invoices come with Stripe pay links and mark themselves paid. Clients get a portal login after they pay, and each project’s checklist moves forward on its own.

    • React
    • Supabase

    • Cloudflare

    Portal login emailed
    Design signed off

  3. 03 / Delivery process

A build process run by AI helpers

Six helpers with one job each: coordinate, scope, design, build, secure and audit. Nothing goes live until the audit says ship.

  4. 04 / Community

A faith-community site, app and Discord bot

A public website, a members' app, and a Discord bot that keeps running on its own server.

How we work

Four steps. No mystery.

You’ll always know where things stand, what comes next, and what it costs before I start.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes. You tell me about the week that annoys you. No pitch, no jargon.

  2. 02

    Build

A short written plan first: what I’d build, what it costs, what it won’t do. Then you watch it take shape on real screens, not mockups of mockups.

  3. 03

    Test

I check it on phones and laptops, and I run a security pass before anyone relies on it.

  4. 04

    Hand off and support

You drive and I answer questions until it’s boring. You own the site, the accounts and the notes at the end. One person to call when something looks wrong, and it’s me.

Who it’s for

For people who’d rather be doing the real work.

  • 01

    Small local business owners

You’re great at the work. The phone, the texts and the spreadsheet are what eat your evenings.

  • 02

    Creators

Posting, replying, scheduling, repeating. Let the repeating part run itself and keep the making part.

  • 03

Anyone stuck on repetitive computer work

If you do it every week and it never changes, a computer can probably do it for you.

Sitting in my chair?

Ask me about it. I’ll explain it in plain English while I work, and I promise there won’t be a quiz.

Your turn

Let’s build yours.

Tell me what’s slowing your week down. I’ll tell you what I’d build, what it costs, and whether it’s even worth doing.

Fixed prices after one call: websites from $600, AI automations from $1,200. In person around Southwest Florida, remote anywhere.
